At delamps, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy with a 15% restocking fee applied to the invoiced MRP.

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of product receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
• Returns should be made to the nearest store or warehouse. Customers are responsible for transportation or courier charges.

Return Process:

1. Verification: delamps will verify the legitimacy of returned products.
2. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving the products in good condition.
3. Credit Note: Issuance of a credit note for items in perfect condition may take up to 2 business days.
